CITY OF DELMAR SPECIAL
CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Feb. 21, 2007
The Delmar City Council met in special session on February 21, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Delmar Council Chambers. Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the following members present at roll call: Jebsen, Simmons, Eberhart, Trenkamp. M/S Simmons, Eberhart to approve consent agenda as presented. Roll call vote: All ayes.
Mayor Johnson turned the meeting over to the city clerk to handle the USDA Loan Closing Process of required paperwork. Clerk advised the council of the first step to approve the Resolution Authorizing the Redemption of Outstanding Water Revenue Capital Loan Notes Anticipation Project Note, dated July 27, 2004. Mayor Johnson asked for a motion and second to the Resolution. M/S Trenkamp, Jebsen to approve the resolution as noted. Roll call vote: All ayes. Clerk went into discussion on the Resolution approving and authorizing a form of Loan Agreement and authorizing and providing for the issuance of Capital Loan Notes and providing for a method of payment of said Notes. Mayor Johnson asked for a motion and second the Resolution. M/S Simmons, Trenkamp to approve the resolution as noted. Roll call vote: All ayes.
Mayor Johnson and council reviewed the proposal/bid for replacement of the upstairs windows at Delmar City Hall at a cost of $4200.00. M/S Jebsen, Simmons. Roll call vote: All ayes. Clerk was instructed to have public works skim the edge of the road on the South edge of the city to allow water on street to drain from roadway. Clerk was also instructed to contact the Clinton County Engineer concerning the culvert on the South edge of the city and report back to the council.
M/S Simmons, Trenkamp to adjourn at 7:40 p.m. Roll call vote: All ayes.
