The Delmar City Council met in special session on December 13, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. at the Delmar Council Chambers. Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order with the following members present at roll call: Jebsen, Trenkamp, Goodall, Eberhart, Simmons. M/S Goodall, Jebsen to approve consent agenda. Roll call vote: All ayes.

M/S Goodall, Trenkamp to approve the bid for sidewalk snow removal from Mitch Paintin at a cost of $75.00 per time on city property. Roll call vote: All ayes.

Council instructed clerk to post the garbage pickup changes at posting locations and on park sign.

M/S Jebsen, Trenkamp to approve the transfer of funds at the end of December 2006 after ending monthly totals are known for revenues and expenses. Roll call vote: All ayes.

M/S Trenkamp, Goodall to approve the installation of an additional street light on the north end of the city limits by Alliant. Roll call vote: All ayes.

Council went into review of proposed budget for 2007/2008 prior to the budget being sent to USDA for approval. Clerk was instructed to make a few changes and send the budget to Roger Stoakes at USDA in Tipton.

M/S Jebsen, Goodall to adjourn at 7:10 p.m.
